Testimonials

HI,

Would like to feedback my experience of the sacred tea after drinking for one week. Initially my milk flow decreased after i have started work due to work stress. However, after the 2nd consumption of the sacred tea (I did not consume daily though, the 2nd consumption was only done on the 3rd day), i can feel the increase in milk flow immediately. I was previously on Fenugreek capsule but the effect was not as good as this Sacred Nursing Tea. I would definately recommend to any nursing mother i know.

Best Regards,
Peck Lin ,Singapore

Hi rebecca,

Thanks for your tea. I managed to total breastfed my daughter. Initially my supply just barely enough to sustain the next feed. But after taking the sacred tea, my supply increased by 50-60ml every pump. Now i can pump 180ml both breasts every 4hrly (mayb to some mummies, this is not a lot but it is already a 50increased for me!). Thanks to the sacred tea. I managed to freeze my extra BM which i had no chance to do so for my elder son.

Regards,
serene ,Singapore

Hi rebecca,

The tea can really increase my milk supply. Previously i need to pump a few times a day to get 8-10ml milk. After drinking the tea for about 3 days i can get this amount with only one pump.

tks
Eileen, Singapore

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for the advice. My body is reacting to the tea finally. I observed a steady increase in my milk supply. I managed to store 250ml of milk on top of the normal intake by my child.

Thank you.
Regards,
Tina, Singapore

Hi rebecca,

I also like the breast milk tea. Breastfeeding this round ( my 2nd pregnancy )is much easier with the tea. I think it does have an effect of increasing my breast milk quite a bit. On that note, I would like to get another 2 packets of the breast milk tea.

BLESSED THISTLE
(stimulates the mammary gland) – has been recommended as a treatment for stomach upset, indigestion, constipation and gas. Some individuals employ these herbs like they would its cousin milk thistle, as a remedy for gall bladder and liver disorders. Among it’s many uses, blessed thistle is being used as a breast milk stimulant. It is chiefly used now for nursing mothers. The warm infusion scarcely ever failing to procure a proper supply of milk. It is considered one of the best medicines which can be used for this purpose

FENNEL SEEDS and POWDER Combo
Fennel was well known to the Ancient Greeks and was revered by Pliny, who believed strongly in its medicinal properties and used it in as many as 22 remedies. It was taken by the Romans to all of Italy and France, where it became popular as a galactogogue, a substance which increases a mother’s milk supply. Fennel’s potential to aid in breastfeeding is due to its content of flavonoids and coumarins, which are groups of phytoestrogens, plant compounds which exert a balancing effect on female hormone levels. This action to benefit female hormonal balance has also made fennel a popular choice for breast enhancement formulatons, and in European herbal tradition even taking fennel alone can encourage breast development. In any list of herbs for increasing a mother’s milk or for promoting breast growth, it is likely that fennel will feature strongly

FENUGREEK SEEDS and POWDER Combo
(increases milk flow) – Fenugreek seeds contain hormone precursors that increase milk supply. Scientists do not know for sure how this happens. Some believe it is possible because breasts are modified sweat glands, and fenugreek stimulates sweat production. It has been found that fenugreek can increase a nursing mother’s milk supply within 24 to 72 hours after first taking the herb. Is widely used today by herbalists as an agent to stimulate milk production by nursing mothers to increase inadequate breast milk supply.
Fenugreek is one of the world’s oldest medicinal herbs. It has a variety of uses, including increasing breastmilk production.

ANISE
Called “Tut-te See-Hau” by American Indians, meaning “it expels the wind”, Anise’s carminative properties have been known since antiquity. Anise has been cultivated in Egypt and known to the Greeks, Romans and Arabs, who named the plant anysun. Throughout the ages Anise seeds have been known for their ability to diminish flatulence and colic, and to settle the digestive system. They are commonly given to infants and children for relief of colic, and to people of all ages to ease nausea and/or indigestion.

Anise also has an expectorant and antispasmodic action that’s helpful in countering menstrual pain, asthma, whooping cough and bronchitis. The mild hormonal action of anise seeds may explain its ability to increase breast-milk production and its reputation for easing childbirth. As a medicinal plant, Anise has been used for centuries as a carminative (relieving gas in the gastrointestinal tract), antiseptic, antispasmodic, expectorant and stimulant. Anise enjoys considerable reputation as a medicine for coughs and pectoral infections. In addition, it has been used to promote lactation in nursing mothers and as a relief from indigestion. Anise has long been used for relief of colic in children. Over the centuries, it has been reported to have numerous medical benefits, but there is no evidence that it offers any pharmacologic benefit. It is thus a flavorful digestive spice that may be soothing, stimulating or carminative in some individuals, and it is a popular taste in drinks, confections and simple proprietary medicines.

How to Use

Instructions

For Making Per Cup

1. Put a pot with two cups of water to boil and add one tablespoon of herbs.

2.Cover the pot, turn the fire to very low and let the herbs shimmer for about 10 minutes.

3. Strain the herbs and pour the liquid into a large cup of tea. This alternative is for those who want to make one cup of tea at the time.

For Making Per Pot

1.Put one liter and a half of water to boil, pour three and a half Tbsp of our tea into the pot.

2.Turn the fire down and let it shimmer for about 20 minutes.

3.Strain and pour liquid into a big drinking jar or bottle.

Use it through the day or take it with you to work, or on the go. Drink it hot or as an ice tea for the summer time. This alternative is for those who only want to make the tea once a day, and for those who work out side the home.

You should NOT REUSE the herbs more than once! when you make the tea as recommended the herbs are shimmered for about 15/20 minutes, this will release all the essential nutrients in the water and make the tea very concentrated. When you heat the herbs over and over, the tea will change it’s properties and the taste will become a bit bitter.
