Through procuring our products and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Instruction on How to Order Online

  • AllTenTic Jamu Massage offers a secure online shopping experience for your convenience.
  • Fill in your particulars and shipping information on the form provided upon checkout payment
  • You will received an order confirmation via email . Order will be prepare shipped within 2 working days
  • Please note that all prices are listed in Singapore Dollars ( SGD), unless otherwise stated.
  • All orders will be processed within 2 working days
  • We reserve the right to release your item(s) without prior notice if payment is not received within 3 working days from the date of order.
  • We regret to inform that you cannot cancel or revise your order once payment has been successful and processed .
  • Goods Solds are Non-Refundable
We also accept orders through email and will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email

Understanding Delivery and Shipping

  • All orders will be mailed out within 2 to 3 working days upon verification of payment.
  • All orders wil be Mailed / Shipped on Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week. (Schedule is subject to change without prior notice in the event of public holiday or urgent delivery ) Please provide the correct delivery/shipping address.
  • We will not be liable for any lost parcels due to inaccurate delivery/shipping information.

  • Registered Mail will be Send via SingPost.
  • Usually takes 1 to 3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) Tracking number will be provided for this option. (Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip should there be no one at the mailing address on delivery).
  • You may then retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office the following day at your nearest post office the following day.
  • Should a Smarpac option be use, you will also receive a tracking no. Should there be no one to receive the item upon delivery , the postman will place it to your letterbox ( for Non-Bulky items)

  • Delivery for courier service usually takes 1 -2 days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
  • Tracking number will be provided for this option.
  • Courier can only be arranged during official working hours (Monday to Friday) only
  • Kindly email your orders to us at sales@alltentic.com and will advise to you accordingly.
  • All international orders are shipped via Speedpost, DHL or FEDEX subjected to the availibilty based on individual country.
  • Rates are charged according to merchandise total and the zone the country is in.
  • Please note that all orders delivered outside of Singapore (International Orders) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country, subject to customs clearance.
  • Customers are required to pay for the additional costs imposed by the respectative country in order to clear and received their shipment.

  • Paypal, Internet Banking, ATM Transfer or Cash Payment
  • For Internet Banking and ATM Transfer, customers can make payment directly to our bank DBS Current Account 054-905255-8 and drop us an email with your details (i.e. name, transfer reference number, amount) once transfer is done.
  • Please attached the transaction slip and email to sales@alltentic.com for verification.
  • We will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient / delayed payment details provided.
  • All Goods Sold are Non Refundable / Exchangeable
  • All measurement stated are true to accuracy.
  • Please refer to the sizing chart for your size option.
  • Exchanges will only be made for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) – applicable for garmet only.
  • Should you receive wrong item delivered in your order, email to sales@alltentic.com along with a picture of your items receive in the package within 3 working days upon receipt of your items. we regret to inform that we will not be able to process the exchange after 3 working days due to maintaining the hygienic and quantity of the products delivered.
  • Delivery/shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the buyer.
  • All items are carefully packed in the most desirable packaging to protect the items before mailing out.
  • AllTenTic Jamu Massage will NOT be liable for any damage caused by mishandling of the items during delivery/shipping.
  • All prices are correct at the time of purchase AllTenTic Jamu Massage reserve the right to change and amend prices without prior notice.
